Returning your hire car
When returning your rental car, ensure you have filled the fuel tank (if this is a condition of the hire agreement) and take your keys to the reception desk (have your completed rental documents handy and these may be asked for). If you are returning your hire car outside office hours there will usually be a collection box for the keys conveniently located outside the hire car location. If you are returning your car to an airport, we would recommend you return your car at least one hour before your flight check-in time ion case there are any delays in the car return process. Please ensure that you hire vehicle is returned at the agreed time. Prices are usually calculated on a 24 hour basis, so late returns may incur additional daily rental charges. If you cannot return the hire car to their premises, the hire car company may be able to pick it up from a specified address. But you need to check with your hire car company as this is more than likely to cost you and extra fee. You should arrange this before, or at the time or the car rental. For more
